My name is Hajrah Saleh and I am the treasurer of Black E.S.T.E.E.M's Youth Advisory Board, Black Royalty. I take on the financial aspects of our programs, as well as some of the designing. As a member of Black Royalty, I generate ideas for future programs and help them come to fruition. I'm passionate about bringing programs that are both an educational and enjoyable experience for those who may have not had these opportunities.

Hi I am Yemi, the Chair of Black Royalty, the advisory board for Black E.S.T.E.E.M.. We focus on creating programming that is specifically tailored to empower young Black queens. I work closely with my team to plan events that are both impactful and inspiring, ensuring that each initiative speaks to the unique needs and aspirations of our participants. Beyond planning, we are hands-on in our involvement, volunteering and engaging directly with the young queens we serve. These interactions allow us to connect deeply with the community, foster meaningful relationships, and create a nurturing environment where young Black queens can thrive. Through Black Royalty, I am committed to supporting the next generation of leaders and change makers.
As secretary and a member of the youth advisory board at black E.S.T.E.E.M. I display my expertise with operations and supporting team efficiency. When it comes to calendar management, administrative duties, and data organization, I ensure my tasks are accomplished. My skills shine through when suggesting ideas to the team as well as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, coordinating communication, event prepartions and collecting data for partnership meetings. I'm also good with managing office supplies, preparing event reports, creating agenda's and overseeing event logistics, my goal is to enhance my capabilities and make sure all plans are executed efficiently which allows my team members to focus on their core objectives. I am fully committed to helping black E.S.T.E.E.M. run effectively.
